The fully cantilevered sliding beam features a solid barrier which completely crosses a gateway at a height of one metre and can protect apertures of up to ten metres wide without the need for supporting tracks or intermediate supports.
In addition to its forbidding appearance, the Barricade Beam offers the strongest physical resistance to deliberate vehicle attack and other high-impact threats. Mounting an angle to the roadway ensures that the force of an attempted intrusion is both absorbed by the beam and deflected away from the entrance.
