All of our maintenance contracts come with a range of response times. We appreciate that speed of response is of paramount importance and guarantee that an engineer will be on site within the specified time frame. These options give you peace of mind, are designed to suit your individual requirements and ensure your security is at optimum performance with minimum disruption. Options An engineer will respond during normal office working hours, (8.30am - 5.30pm), Monday to Friday only.
Alternatively an engineer can be requested 24 hours per day including weekends and bank holidays. These options are covered by an out of hours call out number available 365 days a year.
Call Outs These are accepted (within normal office hours) in writing only or (outside normal office hours) by a telephone call using the emergency callout number to our Call Centre.
